A Dream Come True
​ The business quickly grew, connecting me with wonderful clients many of whom became dear friends. Serving other families in my time of grief was a balm for my soul and helped me stay connected with others when all I wanted to do was crawl under a rock. Soon my husband even left his trucking job to join me full-time. A life-long dream come true for our family!
A Unlikely Start
​ In June 2022, our second son, Harrison Jude, was tragically born sleeping at 19 weeks. His middle name, inspired from “Hey Jude” by the Beatles, carried the reminder to “take a sad song and make it better.” To honor him, I chose to turn my grief into growth, love, and service. That summer, A Mother’s Touch Wash and Fold Laundry Service was born—a way to channel my nurturing spirit, help other families, and share my talents.

Pushing Pause
​ On Christmas Eve, just six months after losing Harrison, we learned I was pregnant again. My first trimester was brutal. I was incredibly exhausted and sick. We soon learned why. I was carrying twins! It was an incredible rainbow blessing after loss, but the demands of a high-risk twin pregnancy and caring for our three older children led me to make the incredibly difficult decision to pause the business in the Spring of 2023 so I could focus on our growing family.
We're Back, Baby!
Now, two years later, our twin girls are thriving toddlers, and we’re ready for a new chapter. We’re bringing my husband back home and reopening A Mother’s Touch Wash & Fold Laundry Service—excited to once again serve families, relieve stress, and build connections. Your family’s laundry is more than just a task to us—it’s truly a blessing in our lives. We hope our service will be a blessing in yours as well.
