We pick up your laundry right from your doorstep, bring it home, and wash it with the same attention we give our own family’s clothes. Every load is washed, dried, folded (or hung) to perfection, and carefully sorted by family member. Then, we deliver it back to your door—fresh, clean, and ready to be put away. Got special instructions? No problem! Our goal is to service your clothes exactly as you would yourself.

All laundry is washed in our home using our personal washer and dryer, which are cleaned and sanitized weekly. Clothes are folded on a dedicated table reserved only for client laundry. While we are a dog and ferret friendly home, all laundry is always processed away from our pets.

  •  One-time service: $2.75 per pound

  •  Large bedding (comforters, quilts, sleeping bags): $2.75 per pound + $8 per item (if the item completely fills the washer/dryer)

We know laundry pricing can feel confusing---especially when it's based on pounds instead of flat fees! Here's a simple breakdown to make it easy:

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payments are made through your secure online account.

Yes! Gift cards make thoughtful, unique presents. Recipients must live within our service area, and gift cards never expire. (If our business closes or pauses, any remaining balances will be refunded.)

Once we have returned home with your clothes we will weigh your items. You'll be invoiced with your total. We kindly ask that your invoice be paid prior to 6pm the day of your pickup.

Absolutely. Our goal is to do your laundry just the way you would. Whether that means using the delicate cycle, hang-drying, folding a certain way, or using your own products (provided by you), we’re happy to accommodate at no extra charge.

What products do you use to wash the clothes?

We use high-quality liquid detergents such as Tide, Kirkland, or Arm & Hammer with OxiClean. For sensitive needs, we offer Arm & Hammer Free & Clear (Hypoallergenic). If you prefer your own products, simply include them with your laundry—no extra charge.We’ll return them with your laundry upon completion of your order.

Not at this time. However, we’re exploring the option of offering transport to and from local dry cleaners in the future.

Do you steam or iron clothes?

We don’t currently offer ironing or steaming. However, we fold or hang clothes immediately after drying to minimize wrinkles.

Our family! No impersonal laundromats, no stranger on some gig app. Just us! Your laundry is treated like our own.

We do not. For health and safety, we cannot process unsanitary items (e.g., items with blood, urine, feces, or excessive pet hair). Items stained by these substances are fine, but if the substance itself is present, the item will be returned unwashed.

Never. Each order is washed, dried, and folded separately. 

​Every order is tagged at pickup and remains tagged throughout the wash–dry–fold process. Your clothing never comes into contact with another client’s clothing at any time.

Of course! Don’t be embarrassed—we’ve seen it all. Stains, bleach spots, or worn items don’t faze us. The only exceptions are items considered unsanitary (as noted above).

Can you wash comforters, quilts or blankets?

Yes! We handle bedding such as king-size comforters, quilts, sleeping bags, and even washable rugs up to 8x10 feet. Cost is $2.75 per pound plus an $8 “Puffy Item” fee for any item that fills the washer/dryer on its own. 

I need my clothing returned on hangers. Not folded. Can you help?

Yes! Simply provide hangers at pickup. If you run out, we’ll fold the rest. There’s no extra charge.

Yes! Use us once to get caught up or schedule weekly service to stay on top of laundry. Cancel anytime.

No contracts or commitments. Cancel anytime. All clients sign a service agreement prior to their first order. This is simply to confirm understanding of our policies and procedures.

Clothes are washed, dried, and folded (or hung) to retail standards or your personal preferences. They’re sorted by item and by family member, then packed into sturdy white catering bags with handles—making put-away a breeze!

Yes! Weekly clients receive 15% off standard, one time pricing. We also run occasional promotions--- follow us on social media to keep updated. 

Do you treat stains?

Yes! Place stained items in a separate bag and note stain type (Blood, grass, etc) We'll do our best to remove it at no extra cost. Please note, stains may not come out completely if they are set it in (previously washed) or have not been sitting for a while prior to washing. We always recommend you treat stains with stain cleaner upon placing clothing in your hamper to be laundered.

Not unless you'd like to be. We always love to say hello. Most clients opt for contactless service. We'll notify you before and after pickup and confirm we've picked up or dropped off.
